1. Form Submitted: A visitor submits a form on your website. FormBeep silently listens and captures the data in the background without blocking the submission.
2. Notification Received: You instantly receive a WhatsApp notification: "A new form was submitted on example.com — tap to view details."
3. You Tap “View Details”: When you tap the button on WhatsApp, our system securely fetches the submission data and sends you the exact form details.

The embed script dynamically injects hidden “honeypot” fields (formbeep_hp and w2p_hp) into your forms. Legitimate human users will not see or fill out these fields, but automated spam bots usually do.

If FormBeep detects that a submission contains data in the honeypot fields, the request is silently discarded, keeping your WhatsApp distraction-free.

Rate Limiting#

We enforce rate limits at multiple layers to ensure reliable service delivery:

• Per IP Address (60 requests/minute)
• Per API Key (100 requests/minute)
• Per User Account (60 requests/minute)
