What Each Limit Means#
Monthly Messages#
The total number of WhatsApp notifications FormBeep sends each month. Each recipient counts as one message — if you have 2 numbers configured, one form submission uses 2 messages. Bot-filtered submissions do not count toward your limit.
Domains#
For security, FormBeep only accepts submissions from domains you’ve explicitly allowed. Your plan determines how many unique domains (e.g. example.com, shop.example.com) you can authorize.
WhatsApp Numbers#
The number of unique WhatsApp numbers that can receive notifications. On paid plans you can route different domains or webhooks to different numbers.
Webhooks#
Each webhook has its own unique URL and can be assigned to specific WhatsApp numbers. Use webhooks to connect platforms like Webflow, Jotform, and Tally without embedding a script.
