All plans include:

• Instant WhatsApp notifications

What Each Limit Means#

Alerts#

An alert is one FormBeep notification sent to one WhatsApp recipient. The “View Details” reply is included and does not use another alert. If a submission is routed to 2 numbers, it uses 2 alerts. Bot-filtered submissions do not count. The Free plan includes 50 alerts total, with no reset. FormBeep emails the account owner once when that allowance is exhausted. Paid allowances reset each billing month.

Attachments#

Paid plans can upload files to a private gallery, linked from the WhatsApp details message. The plan cap applies to the combined size of all files in one form submission. Individual files are limited to 100 MB and each submission can include up to 12 files. If an upload is too large or fails, the WhatsApp details and gallery show a warning. Files become inaccessible after seven days and are deleted by scheduled cleanup. Attachments are not sent as WhatsApp media.

Domains#

For security, FormBeep only accepts submissions from domains you’ve explicitly allowed. Your plan determines how many unique domains (e.g. example.com, shop.example.com) you can authorize.

WhatsApp Numbers#

The number of unique WhatsApp numbers that can receive notifications. On paid plans you can route different domains or webhooks to different numbers.

Webhooks#

Each webhook has its own unique URL and can be assigned to specific WhatsApp numbers. Use webhooks to connect platforms like Webflow, Jotform, and Tally without embedding a script.
